At Arabian Automobiles we provide 4 Pick-up or 2 Pick and Drop service for performing Periodic Maintenance/General Repairs of your vehicle across our network. We pick your vehicle from any location within the UAE and deliver it to the assigned Arabian Automobiles Service Centre. This service is free within that emirate only. You can avail this service by dialing our Toll Free number 800 NISSAN, minimum 3 days prior to the requirement of the service.

Note: Your vehicle will be picked up using recovery truck.

For this service you could have the service agent pick you up using their vehicle from your home location and drop you to the airport. This service is limited to the Airport within the same city, and the request for the same should be received at least 48 hrs prior to the requirement. 

We also provide automobile registration and renewal services. The scope of this service includes pick-up and drop of vehicles from your location, within the UAE, or statutory checkups for vehicle registration and vehicle registration formalities with the Traffic Authority. You’ll be charged only for the payments for vehicle check-ups and Registration, however the traffic fines has to be settled by the customer only. This service shall be provided the same emirate only. You can avail this service by dialing the Toll Free number 800AWRGold minimum 3 days prior to the requirement of the service.

Under this program, you are covered with 24 hours emergency roadside assistance throughout United Arab Emirates.

Our Roadside Assistance Coverage includes Towing Service, Battery Boosting, Flat Tyre Lock-Out Service and Emergency Fuel Delivery.

In case of an accident, or your vehicle breaks down, we will tow your vehicle to the nearest Arabian Automobiles Service Centre.

If your vehicle's battery is dead, our recovery team will try to jump-start it. However if the problem persists, we will tow the vehicle to the nearest Arabian Automobiles Service Centre.

If you have a flat tyre, our recovery team will replace it with the spare tyre. If you do not have a spare tyre, we will tow your vehicle to the nearest Arabian Automobiles Service Centre.

If this is not possible on account of advanced technology, we will tow the vehicle to the nearest Arabian Automobiles Service Centre.

If you run out of fuel while on the road, we will deliver fuel to your location. You will only need to pay for the cost of the fuel.
