Competition & Eligibility Criteria

1. The competition will run from March 10, 2026 until July 31st, 2026. Dates might be subject to changes.
2. The Campaign – “Ramadan Brings You Home” is open only to Nissan car owners who own retail vehicles with GCC specs.
3. The car owner should have a valid Mulkiya and possess roadworthiness.
4. Participants should fill a form (shared through DM/ email/ whatsapp) with their contact details (Mobile phone number, number registered with what’s app, email address, vehicle plate number etc) to get eligibility for the final screening.
5. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the UAE.
6. The participant would give his/ her consent to AAC to use his name/ contact numbers for future promotions/ communications.
7. The winner will be selected based on the criteria – quality of the data shared including the vehicle ownership details validation. 
8. The prize consists of a brand new Nissan Magnite (base model) – 1 Qty, Staycations – 2 Qty and Annual Maintenance contract – 10 Qty, 
9. These prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
10. Final prize inclusions are contingent on Nissan/AAC assessment of winning participant and will be communicated prior.
11. The winner gives their consent to Nissan/AAC to undertake digital raffle process through randomisers. 
12. The free vehicle check-up is available as an additional offer to the participants who complete the registration form during the campaign period.
13. These offers:
    • Are subject to eligibility criteria determined by Nissan / AAC, and
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
14. Digital raffle draw will be done on August 25, 2026.
    
15. The winner details will be communicated to the winner through email /telephone call.
16. Winner/s will be selected based on several criteria including quality of data shared, age of the vehicle, current condition of the vehicle, current odometer reading etc.
17. Winner of the grand prize – Nissan Magnite has to get the registration/ insurance / salik etc as applicable by UAE regulations at his own expenses.
18. Two (2) winners will receive a staycation package for two adults and two kids ( aged between 2-12 years) at a hotel within the United Arab Emirates. The package includes hotel accommodation with Full board meal.
19. Since the staycation package is located in the UAE, it does not include flights, visas, transportation, or any additional personal expenses. The stay dates and hotel selection are subject to availability and will be coordinated by Nissan / AAC
20. 10 winners of 1 Year service contract each would be entitled to get two periodic maintenance services at the interval of 6 months or 10,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), as per the manufacturer’s recommendations set for the set interval.  These do not include any additional repairs that may be required to keep the car roadworthy.
21. The winner consents to being filmed before, during, and/or after the campaign period in a promotional video published on Nissan-owned channels as a testimonial.
22. The information about the winner will be notified via direct message. If the winner does not respond within one (1) day of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected, for which AAC reserve its rights.
23. Nissan/AAC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign/competition if it is unable to continue due to “unforeseen circumstances” or “circumstances beyond our control," or "force majeure" or "unexpected developments" or if any fraud or tampering is suspected.
24. Nissan/AAC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
25. The competition will be hosted on Instagram, and cross-promoted on Facebook and TikTok or any other social media channels, as well as through promoted posts across other platforms such as YouTube without any end date.
26. Prize conditions:
    • All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • No cash alternative will be provided.
    • Each participant is eligible to win only one prize during the campaign period.

1. Grant of Rights: By uploading your photo, you grant Nissan x Arabian Automobiles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute and create derivative works from your submission for marketing and promotional purposes across all Nissan x Arabian Automobiles -owned channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites and other digital and/or print media.
2. No Compensation: Participation in this Campaign is voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any form of compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of your publicly available information on the social platform where the submission was made from, as well as the photo uploaded.
3. Original Content: By submitting you’re your vehicle details, you confirm that the content is original and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the rights stated herein to Nissan x Arabian Automobiles. Your submission must not infringe on any third party's rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
4. Third-Party Sponsorship: This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any external party. It is solely organized and promoted by Nissan x Arabian Automobiles.
5. Liability Release: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Nissan x Arabian Automobiles, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in the Campaign or the use of your photo as described herein.
6. Amendments: Nissan x Arabian Automobiles reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be posted on the relevant social media channels.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
