News Arabian Automobiles awarded Global Nissan Aftersales Award in Large National Sales Company category

Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC), the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, is proud to reveal that it has been chosen from amongst Nissan dealers from across the world to win the Nissan Motor Company’s Global Nissan Aftersales Award (GNAA) for FY 19. This marks the 21st time for Arabian Automobiles has been awarded this accolade, since the launch of the award in 1981.
Michel Ayat, Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Automobiles Company, said: “The accolade, recognizing us in the Large National Sales Company category, is a milestone and moment of pride. We have consistently offered the best across the board, especially through our aftersales services where the team has continuously gone above and beyond in their level of expertise and provisions offered to our customers. Ayat continued: “Since the inception of the award in 1981, AAC has won 21 times with 10 consecutive wins between 2007 and 2016. With this year’s win, we continue to be recognized for maintaining the highest position in the aftersales performance among all Nissan dealers operating globally.”

The ‘Global Nissan Aftersales Award’ is one of the most prestigious honors awarded to a Nissan dealer by Nissan Motor Company. The GNAA program includes extensive evaluation criteria covering the entire aspect of aftersales performance and business management. The criteria cover Parts Sales, Accessory Sales, Service Sales, Customer Retention, Workshop Capacity Analysis, Parts Inventory Management, Compliance to the Manufacturer’s Standards and Customer Satisfaction. All dealers and National Sales Companies (NSCs) are divided into three groups based on business volume – with AAC winning the grand prize in the ‘Large National Sales Company’ category.
